Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
Our refund and returns policy last 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we can’t offer you a full refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.
1. Returns
a. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase from Da Dat. If you are not completely satisfied, you may return eligible items within 30 days from the date of delivery.
b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition as received, and in its original packaging.
c. Please contact our Customer Support team at customerservice@dadat.bz to initiate a return request.
2. Refunds
a. Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
b. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 30 business days.
c. Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
3. Exchanges
a. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact our Customer Support team within 30 days of delivery. We will arrange for a replacement or exchange.
4. Exceptions
a. Certain items, such as personalized or perishable goods, are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.
b. Returns of downloadable digital products are generally not accepted.
5. Shipping of Returns
a. You are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the return is due to our error.
