14. Pre-Orders and Deposit Payments
a. Definition: A “Pre-Order” is an order placed for a product that is not currently in stock or available but will be provided at a future date. Some products may also require a deposit payment, which is typically 50% of the total price, at the time of ordering.
b. Payment:
- Pre-Orders: By placing a Pre-Order, you agree to pay the full price of the product upfront at the time of the Pre-Order.
- Deposit Payments: For products requiring a deposit, you agree to pay a deposit of 50% of the total price at the time of placing the order. The remaining balance is due before the product is shipped or delivered.
c. Estimated Delivery Time: Pre-Orders typically have an estimated delivery time of 4-6 weeks. This is an estimate, and actual delivery times may vary. You will be notified of any significant changes to the expected delivery date.
d. Cancellation:
- Pre-Orders: Pre-Orders may be canceled within 2 days of placing the order, provided the item has not already shipped. Once the item is shipped, the order cannot be canceled, but it may be eligible for return under our Return and Refund Policy.
- Deposit Payments: Deposits are generally non-refundable. However, if you cancel the order within 2 days and before the item has shipped, you may be eligible for a partial refund, depending on the product and circumstances. Please refer to our specific product terms or contact customer support for details.
e. Availability: Da Dat reserves the right to cancel a Pre-Order or an order with a deposit if the product becomes unavailable or if unforeseen circumstances arise. In such cases, you will be notified, and a full refund of any payments made will be issued.
f. Returns and Refunds: Both Pre-Orders and products with deposit payments are subject to our standard Return and Refund Policy once the product has been delivered.
15. eGift Cards
a. Purchase: eGift Cards are available for purchase on the Website in various denominations. Once purchased, the eGift Card will be delivered electronically to the recipient’s email address provided during checkout.
b. Redemption: eGift Cards can be redeemed for purchases on the Da Dat website (dadat.bz). To redeem an eGift Card, the recipient must enter the unique eGift Card code at checkout.
c. Non-Transferable: eGift Cards are non-transferable and can only be used by the recipient specified at the time of purchase. They cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of credit.
d. Expiration: Da Dat eGift Cards do not expire and can be used at any time after purchase.
e. Refunds: eGift Cards are non-refundable. Once purchased, they cannot be returned or exchanged for cash, except where required by law.
f. Lost or Stolen Cards: Da Dat is not responsible for lost, stolen, or unauthorized use of eGift Cards. Please treat your eGift Card like cash and keep the code secure.
g. Balance Inquiry: To check the remaining balance on an eGift Card, please navigate to eGift Card Balance Page or contact customer support.
h. Restrictions: eGift Cards cannot be used to purchase other gift cards or combined with any promotional offers unless explicitly stated. They cannot be applied to previous purchases.
i. Fraud Prevention: Da Dat reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or hold for review any eGift Card transaction that is believed to be fraudulent or issued through unauthorized means.
j. Changes to Terms: Da Dat reserves the right to update or change the terms and conditions related to eGift Cards at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Website and will apply to all eGift Cards purchased after the date of posting.
16. Card Processor and PayPal Fees
a. Visa/Mastercard Processing Fee: A Card Processor Fee of 2.5% will be applied to all transactions made using Visa or Mastercard on the Da Dat website.
b. PayPal Fee: A 3% fee will be applied to all transactions made using PayPal. This fee is not displayed at checkout, which is in Belize Dollars, but it is included in PayPal’s portal in the total amount (USD) to be paid.
c. Disclosure: The Card Processor Fee will be clearly displayed during the checkout process. However, the PayPal Fee will only be visible in PayPal’s portal when reviewing the final amount in USD.
d. Non-Refundable: The Card Processor Fee and PayPal Fee are non-refundable, even in the case of order cancellations or returns, unless required by law.
e. Other Payment Methods: No additional fees will be applied to transactions made using other payment methods, such as DigiWallet or E-Kyash.
f. Changes to Fees: Da Dat reserves the right to modify the Card Processor Fee and PayPal Fee at any time. Any changes will be updated on the Website and applied to all transactions made after the date of posting.
17. Shipping and Delivery
a. Shipping Providers: Da Dat uses local courier services such as Runman Delivery Providers, EZY Delivery, BPMS, Local Bus Services, Tropic Air, and Mayan Island Air.
b. Shipping Confirmation: Customers may be contacted to confirm applicable shipping methods based on their shipping address provided during checkout.
c. Shipping Timeframes: Orders are normally shipped the following day. Pre-Orders on average take 4-6 weeks.
d. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs will be calculated at checkout and added to the total purchase amount.
18. User-Generated Content
a. Reviews and Comments: By submitting reviews or comments on the Website, you grant Da Dat the right to use, modify, and display your content on the Website and other marketing materials.
b. Content Guidelines: All user-generated content must comply with our content guidelines. Da Dat reserves the right to remove any content deemed inappropriate or violating our policies.

a. Tax and Customs Duties Included: All applicable taxes and customs duties are included in the prices displayed on our website. You will not be required to pay additional taxes or duties upon delivery.

a. Unforeseen Circumstances: Da Dat is not liable for any delays or failures in service due to circumstances beyond our control, including natural disasters, pandemics, or other force majeure events.
