What is a Pre-Order?
A Pre-Order allows customers to reserve products that are not currently in stock or available for immediate shipping. This service is ideal for securing high-demand items or new releases that may sell out quickly. By placing a Pre-Order, you ensure that the product is reserved for you once it becomes available, without the risk of missing out.
How Does Pre-Ordering Work?
- Browse and Select: When browsing our website, you may come across products labeled as “Pre-Order.” These items are not yet available for immediate delivery but can be reserved by placing an order in advance.
- Watermarked Products: Pre-Order products on our website will be watermarked with the word “Pre-Order” at the bottom of the product image. This watermark ensures clarity, indicating that the product is available for reservation but not for immediate purchase or delivery.
- Payment: During the checkout process, you may be required to either pay the full amount upfront or make a deposit payment, typically 50% of the total product price. The deposit guarantees your reservation, while the remaining balance is due before the product is shipped.
- Estimated Delivery Time: Each Pre-Order product will have an estimated delivery time listed. On average, Pre-Orders take 4-6 weeks to arrive. Please note that this timeframe is an estimate and may vary depending on factors such as manufacturing delays or shipping logistics.
- Updates: We will keep you informed about the status of your Pre-Order via email. If there are any significant changes to the expected delivery date, you will be notified promptly.

- Deposit Payment: For select products, Da Dat may offer the option to place a Pre-Order with a 50% deposit. The remaining balance will need to be paid before the product is shipped. You will receive a notification when it’s time to complete the payment.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
- Cancellation: You can cancel your Pre-Order within 2 days of placing the order, provided the item has not already shipped. After 2 days, cancellations may not be possible, but you may still be eligible for a refund depending on the circumstances. Please review the specific product terms or contact our support team for details.
- Refunds: Deposits are generally non-refundable after the 2-day cancellation window. If Da Dat is unable to fulfill your Pre-Order due to product unavailability or unforeseen circumstances, we will notify you and issue a full refund of any payments made.
